FLIP Burger Boutique Opens This Week

FLIP Burger Boutique, the newest effort from Richard Blais of Bravo's Top Chef fame, is set to open this week on Atlanta's Westside. With gourmet burgers, communal seating, a chefs table and a classic diner feel, the city is sure to flip for FLIP, at least until the novelty wears off.

Menu item "teasers" from Blais' blog include creative combinations like country-fried beef with pimento cheese and pickled okra or a "pate melt" with Vietnamese salad, jalepeno and smoked mayo. Sides are updated classics, including vodka-battered onion rings and sweet potato tots. Finish it all with a sweet treat - an appropriately southern Krispy Kreme or sweet tea milkshake!

FLIP is located at 1587 Howell Mill Rd. in Atlanta. The opening is currently scheduled for Wednesday, but call before driving, as it's been delayed in the past. (404)-352-FLIP.
