If you love oysters, you're about to get lucky. There's a double-feature of Oysterfests coming your way!

Next weekend, February 21 - 22, the celebration of these slippery little shelled delicacies begins at Steamhouse Oysterfest. Perhaps the perfect way to keep the aphrodisiac effect going beyond Valentine's Day? This two-day festival (Saturday and Sunday) features over 40,000 lbs of oysters, loads of creamy lobster bisque, live music and fun for all ages (families welcome). One day tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the gate and two day tickets are $18 in advance and $20 at the gate. A portion of proceeds will benefit Keep Atlanta Beautiful.

If that's not enough to satisfy your oyster itch, Spiral Entertainment is bringing you a 21+ Oysterfest at Park Tavern on February 28. Piedmont Park is sure to be rockin' with music by popular bands Cracker and Gringo Star, steamed and fried oysters and plenty of drinks to go around. Tickets are available online and prices increase as the event approaches. Purchase before Thursday (2/19) to get tickets for only $10.
