It's easy to forget about local elections when it's not time to choose a new President, but this year is your chance to vote for a new Mayor of Atlanta, as Franklin ends her eight year reign.
The race is getting hot and heavy, with public safety in the spotlight. If you want to have your say in who becomes our next mayor, you'll need to make sure you're registered to vote in Georgia. You have until next Monday, October 5, to get registered.
Elections are November 3.
