Go See Bring It On The Musical

Ok, I know I'm a little late on this - the show closes this weekend - but seriously, if you've had even an inkling of interest in Bring It On The Musical, now playing at The Alliance Theatre, GO SEE IT! It plays through Sunday and there are still tickets available.

The show is loosely based on the cheerleading movie Bring It On. I saw the show last night and it was clever, at times hilarious and has a really great, talented cast. The original music is fresh and well done. There are impressive stunts (of the cheerleading nature) and fun dance scenes. The show does contain is some adult language, so it's not appropriate for young cheer fans, but mature high schoolers should be fine.

So if you were wondering what to do this weekend - there's your answer! Snag some tickets and head down to the Woodruff Arts Center to take in some lighthearted, slightly irreverent theater.
