Wouldn't you love to learn BBQ from a pro? Fox Brother's Barbecue, one of my favorite spots for BBQ in Atlanta, is now teaching Que Class!
Here are your drool-inducing options:
- July 14: "The Afternoon BBQ" class. Students will be educated on cooking quick meats like chicken and wings using delicious rubs and sauces.
- July 28: "Ribs, Ribs and more Ribs" will tackle any fears of cooking ribs. The Fox brothers will go over all kinds of techniques to make cooking ribs a fear of the past.
- August 11: "The Big Cook" will focus on pork and brisket.
These are small classes with only 20 seats available each week, so you're sure to walk away with some serious skills. A single class is just $30 or you can grab a three-pack for $80. The price is a total bargain - in addition to priceless BBQ know-how, each class includes appetizers, a main dish and a dessert.
