The Georgia Aquarium (or, should we say the Georgia "A-Scary-Um") has added a fun new Halloween event this year - an overnight sleepover! On October 30 guests are invited to spend the night in the Ocean Voyager exhibit. Cuddle up as you listen to tales combining modern scientific knowledge with ancient folklore, and learn how legends like mermaids originated and how they apply in today's world. Guests will discover aquatic shape shifters and other real ocean creatures that sound like myth. The sleepover is $95.95 per person or $86.95 for members.
On Halloween the Aquarium will be decorated and filled with music. Up to two kids in costume will receive free admission with each paid adult. Trick-or-treat candy stations will be in each gallery and Halloween-themed arts and crafts tables and costume contests will be taking place throughout the day.
