Art Station Summer Arts Camp: Located in the historic Stone Mountain Village, this non-profit arts center features a children's summer theatre series and an award winning summer arts camp, including activities in performing, visual, and literary arts, letting kids explore their creative side in a nurturing environment.
Summer Creative Writing Camp at the Margaret Mitchell House: The goal of the workshop is to provide an opportunity to discover the excitement and fun of writing. $175 for non-Members, $150 for Members of the Margaret Mitchell House, which includes all supplies and a mid-morning snack. Gwinnett Young Singers Summer Music Camp: For rising 2nd through 5th grades and 6th through 9th grades. Bad Kitty Climbing Camp: For climbers, ages 8 to 11, this 1 week program begins by teaching campers to keep themselves and each other safe in the gym. After establishing the basics, we sneak a little education in here and there while they climb like crazy! Program Fee: $195. Hours: 9AM to 3PM
Adrenaline Base Camp: For teenagers age 12 to 14, this intensive two-week training course is fun and competitive, in which participants will learn the basics of hiking, rock climbing, and camping. Program fee is $395. Hours: 9AM to 3PM.
