Chef Czerwonka's Bananas Foster almost looks too good to eat. I had the chance to try some and it was delicious. The key seems to be Chef Czerwonka's use of fine bread crumbs sprinkled over a thick layer of brown sugar before baking, as it gives the top layer an extra crunch that works well with the creamy middle.
