Rock out to the sounds of Beatles tribute band The Return, as they take you on a journey through early Beatles tunes. Their show features authentic details that will transport you back to the 1960s’, from their mop-top haircuts to vintage instruments. The annual Moth Ball costume gala is the hit of Grant Park! This year attendees are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite sitcom character. Tickets are $35 in advance, $45 at the door and the proceeds benefit the Grant Park Neighborhood Association. This fun even features live music, a buffet, a silent auction, a “Miss Mothball” pageant and best of all takes place at Zoo Atlanta. 800 Cherokee Ave, Atlanta, GA 30315

Take a ride through North Georgia and enjoy tastings from local wineries on a North Georgia Wine Tour. Fall foliage surrounds at Dahlonega’s vineyards: Wolf Mountain Vineyards & Winery, Frogtown Cellars, Blackstock Winery and Three Sisters Vineyards. Tickets are available thorough Spruhill Center for the Arts for $85.

Visit eight lofts in one of Atlanta’s hippest neighborhoods at the Castleberry Hill Loft Tour. You can also stroll through art galleries, visit shops or peruse the artists market. Tickets are available online for $10 in advance or $15 day of event. The tour will also be open on Sunday, October 5. Tickets are valid for both days.

Gather the girls for a night out and attend a reading by Sex and the City author Candace Bushnell! Have a culinary adventure during Buckhead Life Group’s Ultimate Restaurant Week. It’s opening night of Boo at the Zoo, a fun Halloween adventure for the whole family. Enchanted Zoo Boo Town comes to life with a cast of costumed characters, trick-or-treating in the Candy Forest, rides on the Boo train and visits with favorite animals. Costumes are encouraged.
