The recently revitalized section of Highland Avenue between Randolph and Elizabeth Streets has brought a new lease on life to the Old Fourth Ward area on the outskirts of Inman Park. This pocket of trendy restaurants, neighborhood bars, loft-like housing and other local establishments has attracted a young, hip crowd to area that was once a deserted industrial park.
