Taking a right on Euclid, Springvale Park is just ahead. A favorite project for area developer Joel Hurt, Springvale Park was recently restored using the original 1903 plans. The park was designed by The Olmsted brothers, who also designed Central Park in New York City, and the famous Biltmore House and Gardens in Asheville, North Carolina. Take a stroll around the lake and notice the original 1889 stone wall at the west side of the lake and the Live Oak planted by Joel Hurt over 100 years ago.
