Guide Review - Figo Pasta
Figo is a comfort food type of experience. The heaping bowls of homemade pasta in endless combination of shapes, sizes and sauces leave you will a full belly and a satisfied soul.
On my many, many trips to various Figo locations around town I am rarely able to resist starting my meal with the tangy and delicious spinach salad with goat cheese and golden raisins. And of course, there is the free basket of bread with dipping oil - don't pass on the offer to add Parmesan cheese to the olive oil.
Main courses offer a wide variety of dishes as you choose from a mix-and-match list of pastas and sauces. My go-to dish is usually a ravioli with a creamy mushroom sauce, but there is something for everyone here, from whole wheat, heart-healthy options to rich classics like lasagna. Figo is also well-known for creative specials and you can join their email list to have the newest offerings delivered straight to your inbox.
