Guide Review - Noodle - A Pan Asian Noodle House
Noodle was created by Korean siblings raised in China. They have carefully selected the best of the best qualities from a variety of different Asian cooking styles to bring fresh, flavorful dishes to Atlanta.
Noodle has been a favorite destination for my friends and I for years now. I've dined many times at both the Midtown location, with its exotic red wall murals, and the bright and sunny Decatur outpost.
Start you meal with a fun appetizer like the crispy, spicy curry rolls, or a huge bowl of steaming hot soup (my personal favorite is the hot and spicy, a reason to visit Noodle in and of itself). Then on to the goods - heaping bowls of noodle or rice creations that will almost always leave you with leftovers.
Choose from a list of seasoned bowls ranging from a healthy steamed veggie stir fry to the Thai Peanut Noodle or the Curry bowls. Any dish can be made with your choice of proteins - chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu. Noodle also serves dishes in the more traditional Chinese style - a main dish with a side of rice - on their favorite's menu.
A short but complete wine list and a full bar with a variety of specialty cocktails keep friends busy in to the Atlanta night.
