Atlanta Tennis Leagues

Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association (ALTA):

ALTA is a non-profit organization that organizes tennis leagues in the metro area. ALTA schedules play for both adult and junior teams. Leagues include singles and doubles on a variety of days and times. Senior leagues are also available. The cost of membership is $20 per year and members may play in one or more leagues throughout each calendar year. Junior membership is $10. Membership can be purchased , by mailing a check to "ALTA", to 6849 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd., Atlanta GA 30328 and including your name, address, birthday, phone and e-mail address, or by visiting the ALTA office weekdays from 9am and 5pm.

T2 Tennis:

T2 Tennis is a fun and flexible league. Play lasts five games and then culminates with a city-wide playoff championship series. T2 allows players to choose their own playing level, partner and home court. They also allow for flexible scheduling so you can find a date and time that fits you best. There are four seasons each year and the seasons have very little overlap with other leagues, allowing players to participate in multiple leagues. Ultimate Tennis:

Ultimate Tennis is the largest recreational singles league in the country. The league runs three 7-week seasons each year. Using your online profile, the Ultimate Tennis system does convenient GPS-optimization so that all your matches are within a comfortable drive from your home court. They also offer more skill levels than most other leagues, ensuring that you are paired with the correct opponents. Ultimate Tennis offers only men’s and women’s singles leagues. United States Tennis Association (USTA):

USTA is the largest recreational tennis league in the world, and the Atlanta chapter is the largest in the US. With weekday and weekend options, a businesswoman’s league, senior leagues and mixed doubles, finding a time to play is no problem. USTA Atlanta runs leagues year round. There are also Pro Challenge leagues which allow Atlanta’s best players to be drafted and play in some of the top tennis facilities in the area.
